The original Farland Story appeared on the Super Famicom or SNES to those in the west.  I'm not too sure if this Saturn version is based upon the same game or not since it's been so long since I last saw the Super Famicom game.  Not to mention I've not really spent much time with this Saturn game either.  The graphics are decent as is the audio but how it is to play in the long term I couldn't really say.
