Unlike the other Sangokushi games, this one was in fact programmed by Sega for the Saturn.  However it is still released under the Koei label.  I have to ask why didn't Koei program this themselves?  Maybe they were too busy making the other thousand odd bloody Asian historic games for the Saturn.
